FINANCIAL POLICY

At Siesta Key Root Canal Specialists, we understand that dental insurance can be difficult to navigate. Our team is knowledgeable in all aspects of dental insurance and will help you to optimize your benefits. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered.

INSURANCE CLAIMS

Our office is pleased to accept insurance for your endodontic care. For those patients with dental insurance, we are in-network with the following:

  • Cigna
  • Zelis Dental Network – Stratus
  • Careington – United Healthcare
  • Ameritas
  • Guardian
  • Principal
  • Always Care

We work to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. We will file your dental claims as a courtesy to you. We submit claims electronically, expediting the processing of all claims. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please allow our office that time for the full process of your claim. Please note that all benefits quoted prior to your appointment are not a guarantee of payment by the insurance company, and any remaining balance after your insurance has paid its portion is your responsibility. You are ultimately responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage. We will send you a statement or refund once the insurance has paid if there is any difference.

PERSONAL PAY

If you will be paying out-of-pocket for your services, or in advance of insurance reimbursement, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Payment is due at the time treatment is given unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

THIRD-PARTY CREDIT

We provide our patients with the most convenient financial options possible. For patients who would like extended payment arrangements, third-party financing is available through Care Credit. You can click the link to apply online and have your line of credit approved before treatment.
