Welcome New Patients
First Visit
Your initial appointment will include a comprehensive consultation, examination, and review of your imaging so that Dr. Webb can explain the diagnosis and discuss all appropriate treatment options.
Because every case is unique, a consultation is necessary to determine the best course of treatment. In many cases, treatment can be completed the same day as the consultation when appropriate and scheduling permits.
Office Hours
Please assist us by providing the following information at the time of your consultation:
- Your referral slip.
- A list of medications you are presently taking.
- If you have dental insurance, bring your insurance cards. This will save time and allow us to process any claims FOR YOU.
IMPORTANT: A parent or guardian must accompany all patients under 18 at the consultation visit in order to sign any necessary forms.
Please alert the office if you have a medical condition that may be of concern prior to treatment (i.e. diabetes, high blood pressure, artificial heart valves and joints, etc.) or you require medication prior to dental procedures.
X-Rays
If your referring dentist has taken recent x-rays (within 1-month), you may request that they EMAIL them to our office. HOWEVER, we ALMOST ALWAYS take our own X-rays so this is not necessary.
